Encarnación Quevedo

Encarnación holds a Law Degree from the University of Seville (2001) and a LLM in New Technology Law Studies from the Aliter International Business School (Madrid, 2002). She also studied an Advanced Program in Economics specialized in Territorial Planning and Development at the Montesquieu University (Bordeaux) and at the University of Cadiz (2003-2006).  

Since 2002, Encarnación has linked her professional career to the Public Administration: at the City Council of Cadiz (Promotion, Employment and Training Institute), at the Provincial Council of Cadiz (Socioeconomic and Technological Development Institute) and at the Regional Administration (Regional Government of Andalusia), handling legal and administrative files of EU projects in various fields: Inspection of Public Funding, Public Procurement and Administrative Law. 

In 2013, she started her professional career as In-house lawyer acting for a multinational textile company, and later on, for one of the leading physical supermarket and online shopping companies in Spain, defending their interest before Courts.  

With wide knowledge of Criminal, Procedural and Administrative Law, specialized in public proceedings of administrative procurement, and with proven experience in both public and private spheres, after a period of collaboration with the company, Encarnación joined the team of AIYON ABOGADOS in 2019.
