{"id":10612,"date":"2022-10-24T11:04:59","date_gmt":"2022-10-24T11:04:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aiyon.es\/?p=10612"},"modified":"2022-10-24T11:04:59","modified_gmt":"2022-10-24T11:04:59","slug":"aiyon-abogados-collaborates-with-isec","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aiyon.es\/en\/aiyon-abogados-collaborates-with-isec\/","title":{"rendered":"AIYON Abogados Collaborates with ISEC"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In collaboration with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.seguridadenlascargas.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ISEC (Institute for Cargo Security)<\/a>, our partner in Bilbao, <a href=\"https:\/\/aiyon.es\/en\/our-team\/zuberoa-elorriaga\/\">Zuberoa Elorriaga<\/a>, took part in the III National Congress on Land Transport which took place on the 20th of October at the Centre for Traffic Management and Emergency Coordination of the Basque Country in Bilbao.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Congress was opened by Ms. Sonia D\u00edaz de Corcuera, Director of Traffic of the Basque Government and was aimed at members of the Local Police, Autonomous Police, Civil Guard and transport inspection technicians from the different Autonomous Communities, in order to provide them with continuous training and learning in the area of land transport, adapting to new regulations.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Together with the great professionals of the sector such as Andoni Gortazar, Francisco Fern\u00e1ndez Sasiain and Juan Cant\u00f3n Revuelto, Zuberoa took part in the presentation on Lashing Techniques, which covered a wide range of content on regulation, methodology, equipment, obligations and responsibilities, providing her vision on the role of the parties to the transport contract, and the best way for the inspection authorities to deal with the imputation of responsibilities or penalties to those involved in the stowage and lashing of cargoes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">AIYON Abogados would like to thank ISEC for giving us this opportunity, as well as for the excellent welcome received at the Traffic Management and Emergency Coordination Centre.
