He holds a Law degree from the Hispalense University of Seville\u00a0and a Masters degree in Law &amp; Maritime Business from the Spanish Maritime Institute (IME-COMILLAS \/ ICADE in Madrid). Enrique started in the Maritime sector in 1998 while working for a P&amp;I Club correspondent in Spain and later on he specialized in Maritime and Insurance Law in London during his traineeship at Britannia P&amp;I Club, Steamship Insurance Management Services Ltd. as well as in the Law firms More Fisher Brown (M-F-B), London, and Dipp Lupton Alsop (DLA), Madrid.<\/p>\n<p>As lawyer and as expert negotiator, Enrique has intervened in matters of great importance in the maritime sector (TORM GERTRUD &#8211; NEW FLAME, DENEB, MILLENIUM DOS,\u00a0among others), providing his professional experience and knowledge in:\u00a0collisions, salvage and pollution cases;\u00a0advising local and foreign clients in judicial and extrajudicial disputes relating to damage to cargo and\/or passengers, in maritime and land transport,\u00a0in national and international jurisdiction matters;\u00a0international sales and agency contracts;\u00a0and in Administrative Sanctioning Proceedings Initiated by the Spanish Authorities, among others.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>AIYON\u00a0Abogados LLP, a law firm specialized in\u00a0Shipping Law, Transport Law, Insurance Law and International Commerce Law, has moved to a new office in Cadiz which is located in:\u00a0Calle Avenida del Puerto, 1 &#8211; 3\u00ba F., 11006 C\u00e1diz.
