Furthermore, it facilitates transactions between different countries. For that reason its exploitation requires taking all necessary security and control measures to ensure that maritime and ports operations, national or international, are more efficient and less destructive avoiding pollution of the marine environment.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Pa1\">As we know, the seas are the origin of life and home of an immense biological wealth, so their care and protection is an obligation that we all must acquire. By strengthening the efficiency and safety of navigation in the development of maritime and port activities, as well as the protection of the marine environment, we will have a lesser impact on maritime life and promote a more efficient coexistence between man and nature.
