{"id":6416,"date":"2018-03-12T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2018-03-12T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/aiyon.es\/noticias\/euro-mediterranean-aviation-agreements\/"},"modified":"2018-11-20T15:31:01","modified_gmt":"2018-11-20T15:31:01","slug":"euro-mediterranean-aviation-agreements","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aiyon.es\/en\/euro-mediterranean-aviation-agreements\/","title":{"rendered":"Euro Mediterranean Aviation Agreements"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-4697 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.aiyon.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/aiyon-abogados-acuerdo-euromediterraneo-aviacion.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"851\" height=\"479\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Three months after the entry into force of the Multilateral Agreement between the European Community and Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Iceland, Macedonia, Norway, Serbia and Montenegro, Romania and Kosovo on the creation of a European Common Aviation Area (ECAA), on March 1<sup>st <\/sup>2018, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.boe.es\/boe\/dias\/2007\/11\/12\/pdfs\/A46268-46277.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>the EuroMediterranean Aviation Agreement between the European Union and its members on the one hand and the Kingdom of Morocco on the other <\/b><\/a>\u00a0came into force; this agreement having been designed in Brussels on December 12<sup>th<\/sup> 2006<i>.<\/i><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>An agreement in the context of the European Union\u2019s desire to favor new ways of expansion of international aviation that promotes liberalization in this crucial economic sector and aims, above all, at meeting the demands of passengers and cargo shippers. By means of these relations between the European Union and the Third countries, both parties seek to guarantee safety and protection of the international air transportation on the premises of providing rightful protection for the consumers, but that simultaneously seek to boost the international trade of goods and favor economic transactions of the member states of the European Community.<\/p>\n<p>Within the same framework, there are also set the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fomento.gob.es\/Aviacion\/Jordania_GLOB_doue_2012.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> EuroMediterranean Aviation Agreement between the member states of the European Union and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan<\/a> designed in 2010, and the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.boe.es\/boe\/dias\/2013\/11\/06\/pdfs\/BOE-A-2013-11594.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EuroMediterranean Aviation Agreement between the European Union and the Government of the State of Israel, dated 2013<\/a>,\u00a0both still awaiting their entry into force despite a possible provisional application.<\/p>\n<p>With the entry into force of the Agreement with the Kingdom of Morocco finishes its provisional application, initiated on June 29<sup>th<\/sup> 2007 and published together with the texts of the Agreement in the Official State Bulletin (BOE) number 271, of November 12<sup>th<\/sup> 2007 and number 139 of June 11<sup>th<\/sup> 2013.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Three months after the entry into force of the Multilateral Agreement between the European Community and Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Iceland, Macedonia, Norway, Serbia and Montenegro, Romania and Kosovo on the creation of a European Common Aviation Area (ECAA), on March 1st 2018, the EuroMediterranean Aviation Agreement between the European Union and its [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[72,74,69],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-6416","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-air-en","category-legal-en","category-noticias-seguros-y-comercio"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
